Pastor Joe is the primary teaching pastor at Essential Church. He's been a Lead Pastor, Youth Pastor, Chaplain, and Professor. His still is a Professor of Ministry at Trinity College of Florida.
Pastor Jason Lowe
Pastor of Family Life
Pastor Jason and his wife Jessie's passion is teaching and discipling students. He oversees our teams that minister to our kids programs on Sunday mornings, and our youth events throughout the year. He also is a teacher at Pepin Academy.
Pastor Al Depoutot
Pastor of Administration
Pastor Al oversees the finances of the church and leads our set-up and welcome teams. He is also the Dean of Students at Trinity College of Florida.
Diane and Erica
Directors of Preschool and Nursery
Kids are not just our church's future, they are our present. We want to help them grow in their faith from the very start. Diane and Erica help oversee our volunteer teams that teach and protect our precious littlest ones every Sunday Morning.
Darren Raske
Worship Team Leader
Darren leads our awesome worship team on Sundays. We're always looking for more people that want to help lead our congregation in worship. Just let us know.
